This contract applies to all orders placed between you and Éditions ANCRE & J. Boudriot, in the context of an Internet distance selling system of the products defined in the site’s sales catalogue.

By validating your order, you recognize that you have read the Conditions of Sale as defined here. Consequently, you must respect them without reservation. For you, confirmation of an order on the site signifies your acceptance of these rules without reservation: they alone apply to the contract thus drawn up and replace all other general conditions, such as the buyer’s.

Moreover, by confirming your order, you recognize that you have read not only the information in the site’s general conditions of sale, but also the following information:

The price of the product including all taxes and shipping costs
This contract is subject to French law.

The site www.ancre.fr contains a commercial offer for the sale of a product, which is not considered legally to be a permanent offer.

Final registration of your order is made once you have validated your payment. The sales contract will be concluded only after we have informed you that we received validation of your payment by the bank or by any other means (credit card, cheque or bank transfer).

Once you have validated your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming or cancelling your order on condition of acceptance of payment.

You are responsible for your order. Once the order has been placed, you are committed by the data you have provided. In case of error in the shipping address, we are in no way liable in case we are unable to deliver the order

Prices are indicated in euros, excluding shipping costs that are added when the order form is processed. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the books.
The prices are those valid on the day of the order

Delivery is possible only once the customer has validated the order and payment has been made.
The books are shipped at the customer’s risk.
The products are shipped to the address provided on the order form by the customer who agrees to take delivery of the products ordered. Shipment is made by post according to the customer’s choice:

For France;
By “courrier prioritaire franco” (postage paid) or at the customer’s choice by “COLISSIMO SUIVI”, with payment of a supplement according to the weight of the package.

For Europe:
By post at the “book rate” (postage paid) or at the customer’s choice by “COLISSIMO SUIVI” with payment of shipping costs according to the country of destination and the weight of the package.
For French overseas territories (Dom-Tom):
by “COLISSIMO SUIVI” with payment of shipping costs at the ColiPoste rate.

For all countries outside Europe:
at the customer’s choice by post at the “book rate” or “COLISSIMO SUIVI” with payment, in both cases, of shipping costs according to the country of destination and weight of the package.

If the person receiving the package is absent at the time of delivery, the postman or deliveryman shall leave notice in the mailbox, on condition it is accessible and identifiable. The recipient must then collect the package at the address specified on the non-delivery notice within 15 working days.

You have two days following delivery to file a claim concerning the product(s) delivered.
It is mandatory for such claims to be subject first to an attempt to find an amicable solution. To this end, we agree to do our utmost to satisfy you. In no circumstances may damages exceed the amount of the order.

Customers may also pay by cheque by printing the order form, which is processed on reception of the mail accompanied by payment.

Payment is possible when the order is placed, by credit card (CB, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard...) through the Crédit Lyonnais payment solution using secure payment technology.
Credit cards are debited in euros only, once the bank has validated payment.
